Moral home with senior citizens?I hav never expected to ever go there.The school organized for all sec 2s a trip to different homes to help out.2peace was arranged for entertainment at the Macpherson Moral home,while some other class had to do cleaning up.-_-.Took the sch bus with sort of reluctant mind for fear of boredom.When we reached there,some senior citizens were already seated.Dexter,Yong sheng n i took seats with some elderly in one of the tables.We sat in alternate position.(On my right,is an Ah ma,then beside Ah ma is dexter,Then ahma,then another ahma,then ys,then ahma,then ahma,then back to me)haha..confusing eh?hehe.The 2 Ah mas beside me r very friendly.When i settled down,i smiled at them.They smiled back at me showing their welcome.Had a casual chat with them at times.They took the initiative to talk to me by asking where i was from and stuffs as i am quite shy.*-*.The 1st item presented by 2 peace was storytelling by Jireh,our new classmate.He read a story about Confucius(if i m not rong) in both english n chinese.I must say he is an enthusiastic guy ba,always volunteering himself.The volunteers had prepared food for the elderly.Bee hoon with some liaos~.Served,served n served,i realised all the elderly had the food,so i was told to have it myself.When i went to my table,i realised i already had a plate of food.I asked the auntie who it belongs to,n she said it was mine.They actually helped to keep one plate of food for me..SO SWEET!

Next,a guzheng performance by renice,heather n xinmin.They played pretty well n i can see that the elderly were quite pleased with their performance.

L,is for the way u LOOK at me..O is for the...Remember tis song?Quite a few 2 peacians did line dance with that song.Was pretty the climax of the day since most elderly clapped along.After the dance was GAMES TIME!Did three jigsaw puzzles with the elderly.Luckily,they were quite enthu in participating,if not,i had to complete them alone.The puzzles were actually quite easy,but i remained silent at times to let them have fun.But when they were quite confused le,i helped them.

Yue Liang Dai Biao Wo Di Xing..some gals,ms cheok n Jireh had a karaoke session with the elderly.They sang quite a few songs like Peng You n Yue Liang Dai Biao Wo Di Xing.haha.Uncle n aunties went up to sing too.They shud join "Huang Jing Nian Hua"since they hav the passion.haha.Soon,it was time to depart.Bid farewell to them..From their facial expressions,i can see that they appreciated the efforts n enjoyed themselves.
